An empty plot is easy to forget. That's exactly the risk.

No tenant, no neighbour keeping an eye, no one who notices when a fence goes missing or a boundary quietly shifts. Vacant land is the most exposed asset an NRI owns — and the hardest to check on from another time zone.

Leaning on a relative works for a while, until it doesn't: they move, get busy, or simply stop mentioning the small things. Proplilly replaces that uncertainty with proof, on a schedule, whether anything has changed or not.

Monitoring needs

Property monitoring built around how you own the land

The service can be planned around the property type, how far away the owner lives, and the visible risks that need regular attention.

01

NRI land monitoring

For NRIs and absentee owners who need reliable on-ground visibility into land or plots in India while living overseas.

02

Vacant land monitoring

Scheduled checks of open plots and unused land for visible condition changes, access issues, dumping, fencing, and surrounding activity.

03

Family or inherited land monitoring

Clear property updates for ancestral, inherited, or jointly managed family land when relatives or owners cannot visit regularly.

04

Encroachment monitoring

Observation and reporting of visible warning signs such as new access, extensions, occupation, dumping, or boundary interference.

Process

How it works

A practical process for owners who need to monitor property from abroad or from another city.

01

Register your plot

Share the address or survey coordinates. We locate and confirm the exact boundary.

02

We visit, on schedule

A local field agent walks the site and photographs it from fixed reference points.

03

You get the proof

Geotagged, timestamped photos and a short written report, delivered to your inbox and WhatsApp.

04

We flag anything unusual

Signs of entry, dumping, or construction trigger an alert immediately — not on the next cycle.

Inspection scope

What we check

Each visit focuses on visible on-ground conditions relevant to NRI land monitoring, vacant plots, inherited property, and encroachment-related concerns.

Boundary status

Boundary walls, fencing, gates, access points, and visible interference.

Occupancy signs

Signs of unauthorised use, access, occupation, or external activity.

Encroachment monitoring

Visible signs of extension, dumping, misuse, occupation, access, or boundary interference.

Photo updates

Geotagged and time-stamped photographs wherever applicable.

Inspection report

A clear summary of what was checked, what was found, and what needs attention.

Owners who sleep a little easier

"I hadn't seen my father's plot in six years. The first report showed a section of the fence down — we fixed it before it became a real problem."

Arvind K. AUSTIN, TX

"My cousin meant well, but he had his own life. Now I get the same update, on the same day, every single month, no matter what."

Deepa R. LONDON, UK

"What sold me was the timestamp. It's not someone's word — it's a photo with coordinates and a date, every time."

Faisal M. DUBAI, UAE

Questions, answered plainly

Can I monitor my land in India from abroad? +

Yes. The service is designed for NRIs and absentee owners who need scheduled on-ground visits, photographs, and written updates without travelling to the site for every check.

Is monitoring suitable for family or inherited land? +

Yes. Family-owned, ancestral, and inherited land can be monitored when owners or relatives cannot visit regularly. The report records visible conditions and does not determine ownership rights or resolve family disputes.

What does encroachment monitoring cover? +

It covers visible warning signs such as new occupation, dumping, extensions, access changes, construction activity, or boundary interference. It is an observation and reporting service, not a legal title opinion or land survey.

What if a report shows something wrong? +

You get an alert the same day, with photos. From there you can request an extra visit, ask us to escalate to a local contact, or simply keep watching. Nothing gets fixed without your say-so.

Can I get a visit outside the schedule? +

Yes. All plans allow on-demand visits for an additional fee — useful before a trip home, after a storm, or if a neighbour tips you off.

Do you handle tenants, rent, or legal disputes? +

No — Proplilly is monitoring only, by design. We watch and report. If something needs legal or tenant handling, we can refer you to a trusted local partner, but we won't take on that liability ourselves.
